Melbourne Registry Wedding Photography
Low-key, relaxed, and full of personality – Jacinta and Hayden’s Melbourne registry wedding was everything a city elopement should be. A beautiful spring day, a cocktail reception with a twist, and a meander through some of the city’s prettiest spots made this an unforgettable celebration. Their day was casual, sweet, and completely their own.

A Stroll Through the City
Before heading to their ceremony at the iconic Old Treasury Building, Jacinta and Hayden took a gentle photo walk through some of their favourite Melbourne locations. With the gardens glowing and the laneways quietly buzzing, it was a perfect backdrop for relaxed, candid photos that captured their connection. There’s something lovely about having a little breathing space on your wedding day – time to just be yourselves and take it all in.

The Old Treasury Building
Constructed in the 1850s, the Old Treasury Building is a classic Melbourne venue for intimate weddings. It offers two elegant rooms for civil ceremonies and sits within a stone’s throw of the Treasury and Fitzroy Gardens – always an absolute dream for couples who love city charm with a dash of greenery. Jacinta and Hayden’s ceremony was simple, heartfelt, and beautifully timed with the afternoon light. Afterwards, the group gathered on the steps for a few joyful group shots before heading off to toast the newlyweds.

Cocktail Reception at Mezcalito Agave Bar
With the legalities done and dusted, it was time to play! Jacinta and Hayden’s reception at Mezcalito Agave Bar brought their quirky, fun-loving energy to life. With Nintendo games projected onto the walls and board games at every table, this wasn’t your typical wedding dinner… and that was exactly the point. It was a celebration of love, laughter, and being unapologetically yourselves. Magic!

Here’s to Jacinta and Hayden — thanks for showing everyone you love sweet and special a city wedding can be.
