Our specialty is capturing wedding and family photography in Melbourne and nearby areas. When clients return to us to photograph their growing families, we always feel special. A case in point: in 2019, we had the honour of documenting Kelly and Joel's heartwarming wedding. We were so happy when they got in touch to share the news of their newest family member. We eagerly embraced the opportunity to photograph their expanding family.
CHOOSING AN IDEAL SETTING FOR FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Every family shoot is a unique canvas. We love wedding and family photography in our clients' homes. When a newborn is involved it's even better! Kelly and Joel's warm home served as the initial backdrop. The natural lighting and large, soft-coloured walls were a great backdrop. After, we moved to their front yard, using the familiar setting to capture some final, intimate portraits. They chose casual attire that highlighted their individual styles.
FROM WEDDING BELLS TO FAMILY MOMENTS: A FOUR-YEAR JOURNEY
Kelly and Joel's sense for perfect photo moments remained untarnished four years after their wedding. They appreciated and understood lighting, making for enchanting captures in their own home. Long, soft light does make taking gorgeous photos easy, indoors or out! Kelly and Joel's session with their family was well worth the wait! Wedding and family photography is so much fun!
