We had the pleasure of capturing Fairley's messy birthday party at The Hungry Peacock Cafe in Tyabb, and trust me, it was a blast! Keep reading to see what made this event so unique and fun-filled.
Messy Shed Fun
The Hungry Peacock Cafe boasts a fantastic space called the Messy Shed. Designed for little ones to unleash their creativity and explore various messy activities, this space is incredible! Fairley's party was no exception! The kids had a blast painting with rollers and with their fingers. They kept busy getting their hands dirty while fishing for magnetic letters hidden in muck and digging for pirates' treasure in the dirt.
Messy Birthday Party - Colourful Experiments
That's not all! These young artists also enjoyed playing with eyedroppers and dyes, creating a whirlwind of colours. The water games, featuring funnels and pipes, were also a big hit. There was even painting on windows and dirty fun with ooey-gooey slime! We couldn't have asked for a more vibrant and exciting setting as birthday photographers.
Lunch and Games in the Old Church
After the messy play, everyone retreated to the old church building for a well-deserved lunch. The atmosphere was cozy, with board games, kids' bowling, and bubble-blowing to keep the party going. It was an excellent opportunity for us to capture some candid moments as the children enjoyed their time together.
Teletubbies Cake at a Messy Birthday
Once lunch was over, it was time for the birthday girl to take centre stage. With the help of her parents, Fairley blew out her candles on a fabulous Teletubbies cake. The incredible decorations featured plenty of balloons and delightful details that brought the party to life.
Family Photography in Tyabb
Fairley's parents cut the cake, and then it was time to head outside for some fresh air and to play on the playground. This was the perfect moment to snap some family portraits, capturing the love and joy that filled the air. As birthday photographers, we cherish these opportunities to create lasting family memories.
Time to Say Goodbye
Alas, all good things must come to an end. After a day filled with laughter, joy, and a whole lot of mess, we packed up our gear and bid farewell to Fairley's unforgettable party.
