Poet's Lane Wedding Photography
We're excited to share with you an enchanting Dandenong Ranges wedding that we had the pleasure of capturing. Elizabeth and Adam tied the knot at Poet's Lane on May 4th, a date some may know as Star Wars Day. We were delighted to be their Melbourne wedding photographers at this Poet's Lane wedding!
A Beautiful Ceremony at Poet's Lane
Upon arriving at Poet's Lane, we were struck by the beauty and elegance of the venue. The ceremony took place in the chapel, with the light from the stained windows streaming in. Flowers and wedding candles adorned the altar. As Elizabeth walked down the aisle, the emotion in the air was palpable, with Adam visibly moved by the sight of his bride.
Capturing Love: Couples and Bridal Party Portraits
Following the ceremony, we took advantage of the idyllic Poet's Lane grounds for some breathtaking couple and bridal party portraits. The enchanting gardens, with their vibrant colours and lush greenery, provided a beautiful setting for our photographs. The just-turning-orange-and-red-in-the-autumn leaves made for some stunning photos. Elizabeth and Adam had chosen the PERFECT time of year for a Poet's Lane wedding. The whole set of photos from this session is to die for! Everybody looked flawless, and Poet's Lane was stunning.
Wedding Reception at Poet's Lane
As the sun finished setting, the reception festivities commenced. The atmosphere was joyful. Speeches were first and then the cake was cut (and what a cake it was!) Elizabeth and Adam shared their first dance inside on the dance floor, and then it was time for everyone to get down and boogie! Poet's Lane knows how to put on a wedding reception! The venue was superb!
Dandenong Ranges Wedding Photographers
We wouldn't be doing our jobs as Poet's Lane wedding photographers if we didn't take advantage of the beautiful gardens this venue has at night! The fairy lights in the trees, the gorgeously lit archways and the beautiful bridges are worthy of any wedding portrait - so wedding portraits we made. We took Elizabeth and Adam away from the party for just a few minutes, and wow, how good are the results! These photos are fantastic!
We feel truly privileged to have been a part of Elizabeth and Adam's magical day and wish them a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness. May the fourth be with them and with you, always!
