THE GABLES WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Amy and Al chose to have their wedding at The Gables in Melbourne's leafy East Malvern. Unfortunately, this beautiful venue has since closed. We were fortunate to be able to be Amy and Al's wedding photographers at The Gables. A perfect all-in-one venue for an intimate wedding. It's sad to see this venue close. We are so happy that we were able to capture these gorgeous images for Amy and Al on their wedding day!
AN INTIMATE GARDEN WEDDING
Wedding photography at The Gables can produce some stunning results. There are many parks and landmarks nearby, but ultimately the small gardens, beautiful buildings and decor, and leafy green streets provide a one-stop-shop for great shots. Amy and Al chose to have their ceremony in the garden outdoors. The manicured gardens are lovely, and the rotunda makes a perfect spot for a wedding ceremony. Amy and Al each got ready in separate rooms in the main building of The Gables, so there was no chance of spoiling the big surprise! Once the ceremony was completed, it was time for family photos and a brief walk with the happy couple to take some portraits before they were introduced to their reception.

It's always fun to explore new venues and locations when shooting weddings in Melbourne. The Gables was no different. We had photographed a birthday party there before, but this was our first wedding. It was great to be able to explore all that this beautiful venue had to offer while it was still open, and we are delighted with the way that Amy and Al's photographs turned out. We sincerely wish them all the best for the future ahead and thank them for choosing us as their Melbourne wedding photography team.
