SPRING ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY
There are cherry blossoms on the trees. The sun has managed to stay out for more than two hours. There are more insects flying around than I remember last week, so this can only mean one thing. Spring has sprung at last! Spring is an excellent time of year in Melbourne. There are many things to do, and the wedding season is already swinging into high gear! Love is most definitely in the air. It’s the perfect time for Spring Engagement Photography! (Technically, it’s the only time!) Nic and Hayley have chosen us to do their Melbourne wedding photography at Tatra this December. Hayley had her hair and makeup trial today. Therefore, it was the perfect date for a gorgeous spring engagement photography shoot!
MELBOURNE PHOTOGRAPHY IN SPRING
With the warmer weather and longer days, more and more couples decide to have a spring engagement photography session than in any other season. There are always beautiful flowers blooming, blossom on the trees and gorgeous birds singing to their heart's content. Nic and Hayley chose one of our favourite secret spots on the banks of the Yarra River near Eltham for their spring engagement photography session, and it is easy to see why. The beautiful camellias, the blossom on the fruit trees and the lovely daffodils made for a beautiful session. These two are so in love, and it really shone through during their shoot!

When you time them early with your hair and makeup trial, you are getting a second photo shoot styled by a pro to make beautiful memories before your wedding. It’s also a great way to get to know your photographer better! They also make an excellent addition to your wedding album – telling your love story with images that say more than a million words ever could. Especially when you do such an excellent job at styling your session as Hayley and Nic did! They looked like a million dollars!
We love shooting all kinds of couples in and around Melbourne. Spring engagement photography is fantastic fun, and we love our secret spot by the Yarra. We just loved working with Nic and Hayley today, and we can not wait for their wedding in December!
